This is a rare pair of Coromandel carved lacquer commodes with their original time-worn finish and beautiful scenery. The cases match perfectly however the marble tops are of different species. Noth very noticable when spaced apart or in different scenes. They each measure 42 wide x 32.5 tall x 19.5 deep. They date to the 1940-50s era.
