Rare Familial Coat of Arms Nickel Plated Cladded Wooden English Mirror
Rare Familial Coat of Arms Nickel Plated Cladded Wooden English Mirror
This is a superb, incredibly unique and interesting piece of one family's history. Unfortunately, we don't know which family, but it could be yours! The pair of crowned lions stand next to a familial coat of arms that includes a pair of opposing eagles, a castle, and a knight. The mirror can be researched to discover what the surname of the family is, but we don't have the resources to do that here. The metal is most likely copper or tin with nickel plating on top of that. This is a splendid and rare opportunity to own a piece of UK history. The mirror dates to the 1930s and is in good antique condition with minimal signs of age and use. Measures 47 tall x 23 wide x 1.5 thick.
