This is a fantastic set of absolutely luminous gold leaf caned and Aubusson upholstered bergère chairs. The chairs are in very good condition for their age and have minor signs of age and use such as minor stains or issues with upholstery and no damage to the cane and minimal gilt losses. The carving is extraordinary for this form of bergère chair. They date to the 1900-120s era and are French. Measures 36.75 tall x 25 wide x 28 deep x seat height 19.25 tall.
